Sheena Vickers

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Sheena Vickers is a Managing Director of La Perla Fashion Holding N.V. Moreover, she is Group Accountant at Tennor Holding B.V. Prior to joining Tennor in 2014, she held various senior accounting roles at other companies, such as KPMG and Albumprinter, for over 10 years. Sheena Vickers studied administration at MBO Katwijk and accountancy at HBO Leiden.

As La Perla Fashion Holding N.V. is a holding company, the senior management of the La Perla Group consists of the three directors of La Perla Global Management (UK) Limited.

Pascal Perrier

DIRECTOR OF LA PERLA GLOBAL
MANAGEMENT (UK) LIMITED

Pascal Perrier is a Director of La Perla Global Management (UK) Limited and thus, a member of La Perla Fashion Holding N.V.’s senior management. Prior to this, he held various positions at Burberry. From 2009 to 2018, Pascal Perrier was the CEO of Burberry’s Asia Pacific business and from 2005 to 2009, he was Executive Vice President of Business Development. Before 2005, he was a senior manager at various other leading luxury fashion houses, including Kering and LVMH. Pascal Perrier studied international marketing at HEC business school in Paris.

Peter Shaefer

MANAGEMENT (UK) LIMITED

Peter Shaefer serves as the CEO of La Perla Beauty since Oct-19. Prior to that, he has spent 15 years in leadership positions at Coty Inc, the American multinational beauty company. While at Coty, Peter delivered the firm’s ‘One Coty’ business model and the integration of Unilever Cosmetics International, oversaw Coty’s expansion in Asia and the emerging markets, supported the company’s IPO, and led a major cost reduction and restructuring program.

Lars Windhorst

MANAGEMENT (UK) LIMITED

Mr. Windhorst founded Windhorst New Technologies AG in 2000 with a focus on investments in the internet and new technologies sectors. In 1995, Mr. Windhorst established Windhorst Asia Pacific Holdings Ltd. in Hong Kong and by 1996 the company had diversified into a trading and investment conglomerate with activities in electronics, industry, trading, real estate and finance. Mr. Windhorst founded his first company, Windhorst Electronics Group, at the age of 16 in 1993, assembling and distributing PCs and IT products across Europe with first year sales of over USD 50m. Mr. Windhorst was a member of Dr. Helmut Kohl’s (the then German Federal Chancellor) economic advisory board, and accompanied the Federal Chancellor to help generate business connections globally. Mr. Windhorst was also the youngest “Global Leader for Tomorrow” at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Mr. Windhorst has been heavily involved in various philanthropies and has generously donated to charities in the field of art. He is a patron and benefactor of the Serpentine Gallery and member of the Council of Trustees of the Serpentine Gallery in London. He has been involved with supporting two world renowned art exhibitions. Firstly, the display of ‘Reichstag Unwrapped’, a photographic exhibition by conceptual artist Christo at the Reichstag in Berlin, twenty years after he first created his iconic building wrapper; and secondly, supporting the ongoing exhibitions at the Serpentine Gallery in London

Eoin Speight

SUPERVISORY DIRECTOR

Mr. Speight is the Chief Operating Officer for the Tennor Group. Prior to joining Tennor in 2015, Mr. Speight held positions in Operations, Corporate Recovery, Accounting and Finance at US Bank Global Fund Services, Baker Tilly and Irish Life Investment Managers. Mr. Speight has extensive experience across a range of industries including Financial Services, Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, Transportation and Manufacturing. Mr. Speight successfully managed the first ever circuit court Examinership in Ireland in March 2013.

Mr. Speight holds a Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Accounting from the National College of Ireland.

Filippos Kodellas de la Morena

SUPERVISORY DIRECTOR

Filippos Kodellas de la Morena is a Supervisory Director of La Perla Fashion Holding N.V. and a senior managing director at Tennor Holding B.V. Before he joined Tennor, he was part of KKR’s Special Situations team in London. Previously, Filippos Kodellas de la Morena was part of the distressed opportunities and non-performing loan team at Bain Capital Credit in London. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
